Certificate and Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking Diploma in Culinary Art (8065-02)
The FFA present a 12 month Diploma in Culinary Art Course. The first 6 months is the Certificate phase, and thereafter the Certificate and Food Safety exam will be written.
The following 6 months is the Diploma phase, and thereafter the diploma exam will be written.
During the course, students attend the school every second week for two days – one day theory and one day practical.
320 hours industry work, at a restaurant or hotel, is required in order for the student to obtain the diploma.(These hours do not apply to students who are already employed and working in the Industry.)

All ingredients for practical sessions, 2 sets of uniforms, a basic knife set, and exam fees. plus C&G name registration
Not included in fees:
Introduction to South African wine, Food and Wine Pairing, All add on courses as per main programmes
R50 000 for the 12-month course.
Deposit R15,000 Payable on registration and the balance within 6 months of commencement of the course.
1st Payment January 2019 x R5,835
Balance of payments February to June 5 x R5,833
Total to be paid by June 2019.
