Established in 2004, the Francois Ferreira Academy provides training excellence in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.
We present the City & Guilds Certificate / Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking. This course runs over 24 months. Students are placed in the industry for a 6 months mentor-ship during this time.
The certificate and diploma programmes are run concurrently. This course includes a Certificate in Culinary Art. The learner will have the option to do the Advanced Diploma as well.
We are accredited and are registered for short learning programmes with CATHSSETA.
We are also recognised as a Training Provider by the South African Chefs Association and the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
